Sorry to disagree with you.
Using Google street view, Mill Street Books has the entrance on the right side but The Book Cabinet has the entrance in the central part of the windows. Mill Street Books has only two windows in the apartment above but The Book Cabinet has three windows. Mill Street Books has an entrance (maybe to upstairs) on the left of the windows while The Book Cabinet has a doorway on the right side.
Novel Noel is definitely filmed in Vancouver, BC area. I haven’t found the book store yet but the interior is very much like Black Bond Books in Mission, BC, which has closed and therefore might have been available for filming (?).
The interior pub scenes were filmed at the Fox & Hounds pub in Aldergrove, BC (my fav).
SOoo not Mississippi Mills.
The town square pic in the film is Gettysburg Pa!
