Out There is a British drama series that will come to ITVX in 2025. The story is about a group of friends who go on a road trip across Wales.
The cast includes Martin Clunes, Louis Ashbourne Serkis, Michael Obiora, Mark Lewis Jones, Natalia Kostrzewa, Carly-Sophia Davies, and Gerran Howell.
The show was created by writers and directors Ed Whitmore and Marc Evans. It is produced by Buffalo Pictures.
Where Was Out There Filmed?
Filming for “Out There” took place in Wales in late 2023. The show was filmed in several locations, including Newport, the Black Mountains, and Llandovery.

Louis Ashbourne Serkis who played Johnny Williams shared some behind the scenes images via his Instagram post with a caption, Cannot wait for you to see this one. Big love to everyone involved very proud!!”
Another cast member Marcin Zarzeczny, who plays Pavel in Out There, shared an emotional post on his Instagram reflecting on his journey as an actor, wrote “”I have so many words inside me that I don’t know where to start. Maybe I’ll go with this, I’ve been dreaming of an international acting career. However, the last two years have been spent mainly on teaching actors. I remember a year ago I was returning from Chubbuck’s workshop in Krakow, where we made some beautiful pieces, and on the way back I was a super unhappy person. It hit me, I was sad, because I wasn’t the one who played these scenes so beautifully, although I really felt great as a teacher. Since then, even though I have been acting, I have missed acting from the actor’s perspective. In August I was lying down and just felt my love for acting, and the very next day one proposal came, within a week the second and casting for a series in the UK.”
